- AML Jaya Sdn Bhd (“AML”) was established
and registered with the Malaysian Company Commission on 1st July
2010.
- The principal activities of our business
are in the area of human resource. We supply labour forces to industries such
as Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Plantation, Warehousing, Services
Sectors and General Workers.
- AML began its business as a sole-proprietor
ownership and today we have a team of supervisors who are engaged on contract
basis to help run smoothly its operation which expanded rapidly. We started
supply our manpower mainly in the area of Klang and Shah Alam and now are
growing and making in roads to provide labour forces nationwide.
Services Provided And Information
- We supply human resource forces to
various industries in the country according to the specific need of the
employers or companies.
- Our human forces comprising of local
nationals and foreign labours depending on the industry needs and demand.
- As our business concepts are highly
customised and unique to the individual employers or companies, we are
therefore flexible in meeting our clients’ need. AML usually supply its
workforce to clients on a mutually agreeable contractual basis which are
normally for monthly or yearly period. Any other time length is subject to
clients’ specific request and negotiation.
Charge Services
- AML charges its services on hourly basis
per each person supply and calculated to the length of contractual period but
payable within seven (7) days basis from the date of issuance of invoice throughout
the contractual period. Any other method of payment is subject to mutually
agreed negotiation. Please contact us to obtain the final price of hourly
charge per workman before contract is executed. Our hourly pricing may
fluctuate from time to time due to market forces, nationality and experience of
workmen, industry related, demand and supply of a particular type of workmen at
time, and other specific request by clients.
